For us tas Women to come together , drop our shoulders and centre ourselves in a peaceful environment, where we can truly rest and be fully present with ourselves.

To have a space where we can meet ourselves in gentleness and beauty, connect with other women and celebrate all of who we are!

  • Mornings of yoga & Meditation - To set and hold your body to the new day, through stretches and breathing technique

  • Journalling time - Quiet time to reflect and journal

  • Meditative hikes - To give yourself time to be with yourself, though surrounded by others

  • Wine tasting - The retreat is for a much needed downtime, how best to have that, other than with a glass of vino in your hand!

  • Winelands, South Africa - Only 40 minutes from Cape Town, rests the perfect picturesque Winelands region, which is the famous wine route in South Africa.

  • Throughout our stay, we will be visiting different vineyards in the region
